Delivery Options - Royal Mail
£5.99 Royal Mail - 1st class dispatch; this is not a guaranteed next working day service, but 96% of deliveries are next working day. You must wait 10 days to approach us to claim against a non-delivery, we will then approach the Royal Mail to lodge a claim.
£6.99 Royal Mail Tracked - 1st Class dispatch; this is a 2 -3 day service, but 96% of deliveries are next working day. This can be tracked online and is insured.
£9.99 Royal Mail Special Delivery - A guaranteed next day by 1pm service to 99% of the UK. This service will require a signature. This can be tracked online, with electronic POD. You will need to collect from your local Royal Mail depot if no-one is in at the time of delivery. Please note when using this service on a Friday for a Saturday delivery that orders need to be with us by 2pm.
We can ship to BFPO but cannot ship to PO Boxes

Returns for damaged / incorrect items (our fault)
We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
Returns for non-damaged /correctly sent goods (not our fault)
Should a parcel be returned to us without our prior knowledge we will ship back to you at your cost or retain the item(s) for use at our discretion, with no refund to you.
We will only accept back the product(s) if they are in their original, non-damaged packaging where there are no signs of wear or tear. This is at our discretion.
Because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see clause 1.6 of our Terms and Conditions), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
